MedShape Weight Loss Clinic is a premier medically supervised weight loss clinic looking for a bright, motivated professional to take on an exciting and very rewarding career as a Weight Loss Counselor / Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate must have a proven sales track record, is self-motivated, energetic, portrays a professional image and has a strong desire to help our patients reach their weight loss goals. You must be willing to learn the MedShape way of weight loss and be able to introduce the program to prospective patients. The responsibilities will include consulting with the patient about the weight loss program, following up with current and previous patients, promoting all weight loss services and products as well as the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer and team relationships
  • Natural leader with good judgment and a strong ability to work with employees, clients, and management
  • Must be able to obtain consistent sales goals through generating as well as booking leads and referrals from all Medshape lead sources
  • Consultations with clients to help them reach their weight loss goals along with giving them tools to create healthy lifestyles
  • Following up with leads generated from the website
  • Delivering information about MedShape to phone inquires
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ensure that all company procedures and standards are being followed with in the clinics.
  • Must be willing to travel to all locations if needed based on the need of the company


  • Minimum 1 year of management preferably or sales in a weight-loss/spa/health-club background
  • Strong sales background a must
  • Must work on Saturdays (no exception)


  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays (10 am – 5 pm)
  • Thursdays (10 am – 7 pm)
  • Fridays (10 am – 4 pm)
  • Saturdays (9 am – 1 pm)
